ERP Administration & Optimization
- Maintain and configure ERP modules to meet evolving business requirements (e.g., finance, inventory, manufacturing, sales).
- Experience with Deacom ERP a plus.
- Customize screens, fields, forms, and workflows based on user feedback and process improvements.
- Manage user permissions, roles, and access in accordance with company policy and compliance needs.
- Collaborate with department leads to improve usage, training, and adoption of ERP features.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support
- Serve as an internal consultant to business units on how best to use ERP tools for process improvement.
- Lead or participate in ERP-related projects, including plant expansions, new module rollouts, or software upgrades.
Lead Report Designer
- Design, develop, and maintain business reports and dashboards using tools like Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, and built-in ERP reporting tools.
- Translate business needs into data models and visualizations that support decision-making across operations, finance, and sales.
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting schedules, and report distribution processes.
MSP General Tech Support Liaison
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal IT and our MSP for general IT related escalations, enhancements, and integrations.
- Coordinate issue resolution, system updates, and project timelines with the MSP.
- Track open tickets and project statuses, ensuring follow-through and closure on critical items.
- Maintain inventory of company IT assets
