Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Experience working with computers and handling money. Experience in retail and/or customer service preferred.
Knowledge and Ability:
- Ability to accurately handle money.
- Ability to quickly solve problems.
- Ability to lead other cashiers and retail clerks during busy times.
- Ability to manage the gift shop and entry cashiers when the Gift Shop Manager is off.
- Aptitude for on-the-job training and ability to follow both written and oral instructions.
- Ability to be professional, respectful, accountable, innovative, to follow safety procedures, and be equitable to both internal and external customers.
- Personal: Must be dependable and have good customer service skills.
