ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Â
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Â

Deliver comprehensive nutritional support, education, and consultation services to optimize aircrew health and performance. The Dietitian shall serve as the subject matter expert in operational dietetics, contributing to the development and execution of performance nutrition curriculum, assessments, and program improvements. The Dietitian shall work closely with the Site Lead, DL, and interdisciplinary HP team to align efforts with mission goals and CRAFT requirements.Â

When appropriate, conduct clinical-level nutritional assessments, review patient records, and document findings in the MTF’s electronic health record system within 72 hours of consultation.Â

Provide input to the Curriculum Coordinator, DL, Data team, and Site Lead on nutrition-related updates and improvements; assist in planning and presenting during the annual Aircrew Human Performance Summit and distinguished visitor tours as requested.Â

Complete all required CRAFT compliance training and documentation, including CRAFT Program Familiarization, HPO Inappropriate Relationships and Harassment Training and Acknowledgment, DOD/DISA Information Systems Policy, social media Policy, and PII Training. Maintain records of training completion and credentialing for Government review upon request.Â

During PASO visits, ensure readiness of equipment and materials, conduct observed instructional sessions as normal, accept direct feedback from PASO, and implement recommendations in future activities.Â
