We are seeking an experienced Utility Project Engineer to join our team. As a Utility Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project schedules are met, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to the various project managers for utility coordination, utility mapping, and subsurface utility engineering on various public and private projects.

  • Support field staff with utility designating, utility test hole oversight, and associated documentation of subsurface utility investigations.

  • Support office staff in development of utility coordination and subsurface utility plans and specifications to support public and private projects across Colorado.

  • Support engineering staff in the development of utility relocations design.

  • Hands on experience in coordinating the relocation of public and private utilities on major projects such as the design and delivery of various infrastructure projects on highways and rail crossings for major contraction development.

 

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree - Engineering, Construction Management, and/or related field.

  • Must have at least 1 to 5 years of experience in utility or transportation design and construction projects.

  • AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation Open Roads experience preferred.

  • Ability to read, understand and comprehend complex engineering drawings, plans and designs.

The salary range for this position is between $80k and $110K per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

Work Environment
