Commercial HVAC Sales Account Manager

 

Oliver Heating & Cooling is a long-standing, reputable company looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Sales Account Manager.  We are seeking a self-motivated high energy individual with a positive attitude to develop strong business relationships while acquiring HVAC Service Agreements within the territory of eastern PA, Southern NJ and Northern Delaware.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Qualify new and existing opportunities
  • Establish client rapport using well-established products and services
  • Prioritizing activities to target key clients
  • Form accurate and detailed service agreement proposals
  • Maintain ongoing communication with all assigned and potential accounts.
  • Follow-up with all proposed bids and leads.
  • Analyze and negotiate renewals of existing service agreements.
  • Negotiate with clients to gain business while maintaining approved profit margins.
  • Engage and assist in the resolution of any outstanding collection concerns
  • Maintain accurate client information within Oliver’s database
  • Attend all required sales related meetings.
  • Support fellow associates and work for the betterment of the overall team.
  • Always maintain and follow company policy.

Education and Requirements:

  • Minimum of two (2) years sales experience. Knowledge of HVAC industry is preferred, but not required for consideration.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma/Technical trade school, or equivalent.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Substantial periods spent in vehicle.
  • Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
  • Ability to climb ladders up to 30 feet.
