Required Qualifications:
- PharmD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited pharmacy school.
- Located in or willing to relocate to the Albuquerque, NM area
- Active pharmacist licensure in the following states:
- Required or complete availability to obtain all licenses within 3 months of hire. (in order of importance):
- New Mexico- and live here (or relocate!)
- Texas
- Virginia
- Michigan
- Tennessee
- Alabama
- Massachusetts
- Maryland
- Ohio
- Nevada
- Kentucky
- Oklahoma
- Kansas
- Hawaii
- Nebraska
- Alaska
- West Virginia
- Louisiana
- Mississippi
- Arkansas
- Willingness and eligibility to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
- 2+ years of clinical or operational pharmacy experience.
- Familiarity with pharmacy management systems (e.g., PioneerRx, QS1, Rx30, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sterile compounding experience in a hospital or 503B/503A compounding pharmacy.
- Board Certification (e.g., BCPS, BCSCP) or specialized residency training.
- Knowledge of multi-state telepharmacy operations and mail-order fulfillment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
