Objective:
The Home Market Class A CDL Driver’s primary function is to deliver and service products to small store accounts. They are responsible for merchandising shelves, racks and displays to company standards.
Accountabilities:
- Must be able to safely and correctly operate a 53 ft Class A DOT company vehicle under all types of circumstances, including intercity travel and maneuvering & backing in the close confines of customer facilities.
- Responsible for delivering, rotating and merchandising products on shelves, displays and all cold equipment.
- Maintain back stock in an organized manner
- Responsible for keeping coolers, racks and shelves clean
- Responsible for accurate accounting for all cases and customer transactions
- Collection of any breakage or out of date products
- Ability to establish positive and strong relationships with all customer as well as providing superior customer service.
- Subject to working outdoors in the elements (high/low temperatures, rain, sleet, snow etc.)
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned
