What You'll Do
- Perform on-site service, maintenance, installation, and support tasks
- Use the Field Service Mobile App to manage assignments, track progress, capture service data, and complete documentation
- Travel to customer locations as scheduled (local travel)
- Provide excellent customer service while troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Accurately document work using mobile tools, including photo/video capture and barcode scanning
- Communicate updates to dispatch and project managers in real time
Who You Are
- Technically skilled with hands-on experience in IT, cabling, networking, electrical, HVAC, or related services
- Comfortable working independently and solving problems on the go
- Organized, punctual, and professional in both appearance and communication
- Tech-savvy and familiar with mobile work apps (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Able to pass background checks and eligibility verification as required by our clients

- Access to your own tools and reliable transportation
- Smartphone with active data plan
- Ability to enable location services and camera access within the Salesforce Field Service Mobile App
- Willingness to take and share job site photos, scan barcodes/QR codes, and follow mobile reporting workflows
- Flexibility to take on work as it fits your schedule
