Description

The HRIS Administrator serves as the primary system administrator for the company’s HCM system.  This role supports 3000+ employees across 70 hotels and ensures the system is optimized to meet the company’s HR, payroll, benefits and compliance needs.  They oversee data integrity, system configuration, user training, reporting, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities: 

System Administration

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Paycom HRIS platform including Core HR, Time and Attendance, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Talent Management and Performance Management modules.
  • Manage system configuration, workflows, security roles and user access levels.
  • Maintain data integrity through regular audits, troubleshooting and corrections.
  • Coordinate system updates, enhancements and new module implementations in collaboration with Paycom support and internal IT.
  • Act as liaison between the HR team, payroll, finance and operations to ensure accurate and efficient data flow across departments.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain standard and custom reports and dashboards to support HR, payroll and business operations.
  • Provide analytics and metrics to support workforce planning, turnover analysis, headcount reporting, EEOC reporting and compliance tracking.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data for audits, compliance reporting, accounting reports, and executive summaries.

User Support & Training

  • Train users on Paycom functionalities and updates
  • Develop and maintain user guides, quick reference materials and training session for system users
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for HRIS related issues

Compliance and Collaboration

  • Maintain compliance with federal, state and local regulations related to data privacy and employment records
  • Support internal audits and ensure data integrity across all modules.
  • Partner with hotel HR contacts to ensure accurate employee data management and consistent HRIS utilization across all properties.
  • Work closely with Payroll, Benefit and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure seamless integration of HR processes.
  • Assist the department with other duties and projects that support the department’s goals.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of HRIS administration experience with preference to Paycom experienced users.
  • Experience in hospitality, multi-state, multi-property highly desirable
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
