Job Purpose: Responsible for the landscape/ground maintenance of the property.
Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of grounds including tracking expenses, define irrigation schedule, define maintenance schedules, repairs, mowing, weeding, planting, fertilization and pesticide applications, etc.
- Maintain records of all chemical applications. Communicate landscape status/goals to Director of Engineering.
- Schedule landscape/grounds team member’s activities, conduct performance evaluations. Select, train, supervise, develop, discipline and counsel team members according to company policies and procedures.
- Follow all safety procedures, policies and procedures.
- Ensure prompt and courteous service to all guests to ensure positive guest experience.
