Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Regional Director of Operations. This role offers a chance to lead top hotels in Dimension's portfolio.
For this role, we are seeking an experienced hospitality leader with a strong F&B background who will provide leadership to the team, manage operations while maintaining cost and quality standards, ensures superior service, and maximize profits.
• Operate assigned department covering day-to-day responsibilities.
• Conducts safety inspections and compliance, administering of safety awareness programs and training, conducting accident investigations when needed, and timely communication with home office.
• Ensure that costs are controlled in a detailed and structured manner. Analyze costs on a monthly basis and prepare action plans (Cost per occupied room; food cost; beverage costs; payroll including overtime; other expenses; other outsourced labor or services)
• Ensure that all labor costs are flexed according to levels of demand/ activity/season and that opportunities for a better balance between quality and cost through clustering or outsourcing or both are explored fully.
• Provide feedback on personnel and potential problems with staffing levels and work performance of team members.
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity, take ownership of personal and team actions, communicate effectively, promote collaboration, nurture a positive, professional work environment.
• Support and communicate company goals and initiatives, promote company programs, and act as an ambassador of the organization.
• Ensure that training in service standards is taking place in each department using the steps to effective training according to company standards.
