What we are looking for
- 2+ years in mortgage or real estate industry or equivalent experience in administrative support role
- Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail and organization
- Excellent customer service and communication skills via phone, email, and other written forms of communication
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and willingness to learn
