- Ability to motivate, guide, and direct a team effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Familiarity with mortgage servicing software and systems, as well as general computer skills.
- Understanding of financial concepts related to loan servicing, including escrow management and default servicing.
- Ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
