What You’ll Do:

As the Conference Services Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for group clients—planning, coordinating, and executing events that leave a lasting impression. This role blends hospitality, event management, and client service in a resort setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as liaison between group clients and resort departments

• Create detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and group resumes

• Conduct client tours and pre-event meetings

• Upsell resort services (theme parties, recreation, F&B enhancements)

• Coordinate logistics across departments (A/V, rooming lists, meal guarantees)

• Ensure flawless execution of all group functions

• Resolve guest concerns and special requests quickly and professionally

• Participate in weekly meetings with sales, catering, and F&B teams

• Oversee billing accuracy and timely follow-up on invoices

• Assist with outside sales, site visits, and resort tours

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in group events, catering, or F&B management (resort or hospitality experience preferred)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Proficiency in Delphi, Springer Miller, and Microsoft Office

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)

• Valid driver’s license required
