What You’ll Do:
As the Conference Services Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for group clients—planning, coordinating, and executing events that leave a lasting impression. This role blends hospitality, event management, and client service in a resort setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as liaison between group clients and resort departments

Create detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and group resumes

Conduct client tours and pre-event meetings

Upsell resort services (theme parties, recreation, F&B enhancements)

Coordinate logistics across departments (A/V, rooming lists, meal guarantees)

Ensure flawless execution of all group functions

Resolve guest concerns and special requests quickly and professionally

Participate in weekly meetings with sales, catering, and F&B teams

Oversee billing accuracy and timely follow-up on invoices

Assist with outside sales, site visits, and resort tours
