To set up and service employee cafeteria providing a clean, relaxing environment for resort employees to take breaks and enjoy a meal.
- Stocks food for employee cafeteria.
- Maintains sanitary conditions in cafeteria.
- Maintains proper stock of dishes, utensils, condiments and necessary food products.
- Retrieves from kitchen replenishment of employees’ food.
- Performs basic food preparations; slicing, chopping etc for employee cafeteria.
- Assists in general department and other departments as required.
- Punches in and reports to the Sous Chef and/or Garde Manger Supervisor on time and in full uniform for each shifts. Obtains Manager’s approval prior to punching out.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Sous Chef and/or Garde Manger Supervisor and/or Executive Chef.
