Responsible for supervising the Culinary staff of the Lookout Kitchen.
- Responsible for daily supervision of the Culinary staff on duty.
- Ensures the Kitchen is stocked with all necessary food product for the Line Cooks to prepare menu items.
- Responsible for the quality of the product as per menu, recipe and presentation specifications.
- Ensure that the staff is maintaining good cleaning and sanitation habits throughout the area of assignment, including tables, shelves, radar range, grills and broiler.
- Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations.
- Rotates food product properly.
- Performs duties of cook and dishwasher as needed.
