We are seeking Podiatric Medical Assistants to support our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The Podiatry Medical Assistant functions in a support role under the direction of the nurse or podiatrist in providing direct patient care and related activities as assigned.

Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time.

What You Bring to Refuah:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
• Current Medical Assistant Certification preferred, but not required 
• On the job training at previous employer required or on the job training provided by Refuah at the time of hire
• Ability to project a pleasant and professional image
• Ability to plan, prioritize and complete delegated tasks
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
• Ability to demonstrate compassion and caring in dealing with patients and other employees
• Ability to read, write, understand and speak English in a clear and concise manner
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform a variety of tasks and skills in the area of assignment
• Ability to maintain quality, safety and infection control standards
• Hours: Daytime, one evening per week, Fridays and available on weekends
• Eligible to Work in the US
