This dual role involves managing the hotel’s driveway operations, assisting guests with luggage loading and unloading, and handling cash transactions efficiently. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive and depart from the hotel.
- Manage vehicle parking and retrieval in a timely and organized manner.
- Assist guests with luggage loading and unloading, ensuring care and attention to their belongings.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate cash handling in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor the driveway area for vehicle safety and assist in traffic management as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the driveway and parking areas.
