AAA Parking is hiring friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented Overnight Valet Attendants to join our luxury hospitality team at the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort. This role offers the perfect opportunity to work in a stunning beachfront setting while delivering five-star service in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet arriving guests and assist with luggage if needed.
- Open vehicle doors and offer assistance to guests entering or exiting.
- Explain valet parking rates and car retrieval procedure clearly to guests.
- Safely drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a neat and organized valet area, ensuring clear traffic flow and guest safety.
- Handle guests’ vehicle keys with care and accuracy, logging all vehicle details.
- Provide guests with directions, local recommendations, or assistance as needed.
- Communicate effectively with front desk, bell staff, cashiers and colleagues to coordinate valet operations.
- Follow all hotel policies, traffic laws, safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the security of guests and their vehicles.
- Report any vehicle damage, injuries or incidents to management immediately.
- Uphold the hotel’s high standard of appearance, courtesy, and professionalism.
