The ideal candidate will have the following:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive foodservice sales leadership experience, with a strong focus in frozen, bacon, or snacking categories.
- Deep understanding of foodservice distribution networks, operator buying behavior, the foodservice industry landscape, and menu development trends.
- Proven ability to lead national account strategy and close large, complex deals.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in both branded and private label product environments.
- Familiarity with USDA-regulated products (especially in bacon and protein-based SKUs).
- Track record of launching new SKUs into foodservice with measurable success.
