As our Outside Sales Representative in Western NY, you'll be the driving force behind our market expansion. You'll build and nurture client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and become a trusted advisor to our customers. WHAT YOU BRING

  • Territory Development: Proactively identify and target potential clients within your assigned Western NY territory, developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication, in-person meetings, and exceptional customer service.
  • Product Expertise and Presentations: Become a subject matter expert on our products and services, delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations to existing and prospective clients.
  • Sales Process Management: Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals, build and price quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Customer Support and Collaboration: Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, collaborating with our production facilities to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Comprehensive Training: A robust 6-month, hands-on training program at our Corporate HQ (just outside Milwaukee) to equip you with the skills and knowledge for success.
  • Competitive Compensation: A starting base salary of $50,000 - $55,000, transitioning to a 1% commission after training, and ultimately, uncapped earnings potential. High-performing reps can double their salary within three years.

Must live within the Territory of Western NY, Rochester, NY is a central location within the territory. Valid driver's license is required as you will spend your days calling on existing and potential clients face-to-face.
