Overall Responsibility:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing potential clients, and assisting them in securing approval to do business with us. This role combines the responsibilities of a lead generation specialist with the added focus on ensuring client approval.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the mortgage lending industry;
- Assist in conducting market research to identify potential clients;
- Work closely with an experienced Team to learn and apply lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
- Engage with leads to understand their needs, and educate them about our products and services;
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients;
- Assist clients in navigating the application and approval process;
- Learn to collaborate with the underwriting and credit teams;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, leads, and progress in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in mortgage lending regulations to effectively position our company and its products.
