Overall Responsibility:
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior Coordinator to join our Events Team. In this role, you will assist with the preparation, execution, and logistics of a variety of events and trade shows. You'll be the backbone supporting the events team with booth preparations, printed materials, merchandise, shipments, and supplies. If you love working behind the scenes to make events run smoothly and thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Events Team with preparations for upcoming events, including organizing materials, booths, and ensuring all logistical details are in place for a smooth event experience.

Help with the production, ordering, and distribution of printed materials, branded merchandise, and giveaways for events and tradeshows.

Work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to align event materials and visuals with campaign goals and brand guidelines.

Coordinate the shipment of event materials, ensuring proper tracking and management of inventory for future use.

Maintain an inventory of promotional items, printed materials, and event supplies, ensuring everything is well-stocked and organized for future events.

Assist the team with any other tasks, including data entry, preparing event kits, sending out presents for key partners.
