SUMMARY: Lead and mentor high school boys junior varsity basketball program.  As a basketball coach you will not only work to develop basketball skills but also instill Christian values, preparing athletes to lead with integrity and faith. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coach student-athletes to develop their skills and character.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents to set expectations and goals.
• Serve as a positive role model, embodying Christian values and principles.
• Collaborate with Athletic Director to support the overall athletic program.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Profess a personal faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord

• Maintain a positive Christian testimony

• Involved in a local church of like faith and practice, consistent with the RCS Statement of Faith

• Agree with and adhere to the employee handbook
