Handle customers throughout the entire parts experience with their satisfaction as the number one priority

Core Accountabilities

1. Productivity: Meet all production metrics as prescribed by Management. 
2. Customer Satisfaction: Be a Hoffman Ambassador with a positive forward-thinking attitude with all customers and team members in mind. Meet manufacture standards.
3. Technology: Utilize all tools provided to perform daily duties effectively.
4. Knowledge: Achieve and maintain certification for Hoffman and manufacturer required trainings.

Competencies and Qualifications

1. High School Diploma
2. 1-2 years’ experience in a dealership environment or automotive equivalent required 
3. 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred
4. Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset
5. Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement
6. Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.
7. Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
