Role Purpose
The Marketing Associate supports the marketing department’s initiatives by executing specific tactics in conjunction with growth, content, and brand marketing team members. This role is key in helping the team achieve strategic marketing goals and drive business growth: research, setup, analysis, and day-to-day updates.Â
Core Accountabilities
Campaign Execution:
- Content Management – Setup owned media campaigns being launched by growth, brand, and media teams across website, email, and social media platforms.
- Data-Analysis and Reporting – Conduct market and user research, review campaign analytics and performance metrics, and help develop department-wide presentations about KPIs.
- Budgeting Oversight - Use data benchmarks to monitor and identify budget optimization opportunities in paid ad spend across google search and social media campaigns to increase profitability.
- Campaign Optimizations - Use marketplace data and user research to propose opportunities to improve business impact: channel traffic, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Organizational Contributions:
- Collaboration and Communication – Work closely with the marketing team to work towards quarterly and annual goals, developing and maintaining internal relationships with cross functional leadership across multiple dealership brands.Â
- Vendor Support - Partner with creative agency, paid media teams, and corporate brand leadership to support the launch and scaling of programs that ultimately contribute to customer acquisition.
