Role Purpose
Responsible for the daily support of the Body Shop, including maintaining paperwork in an orderly filing system, completing billing, and assisting Manager and Appraiser(s) with duties.

Core Accountabilities
- Perform administrative duties including but not limited to telephone calls, greeting customers setting up appointments, take messages as necessary, and maintain body shop office supply inventory.
- Schedule appointments and transportation for customers with rental agency.
- Work with Estimators and other staff as needed; and obtain insurance and other pertinent information
- Learn to document daily in CCC one and Dealertrack as well as entering estimate information into Dealertrack and maintain DRP logbooks.
- Communicate effectively with customer/insurance company throughout the repair process. Notify customer if any delays.
- Â Reconcile A/R, deposit, and sublet schedules. Post sublets to repair orders including and with insurance companies regarding unpaid supplements.
- Accept payment for repair orders as vehicles are picked up. Follow established procedures for check and credit card authorization.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned including clerical functions (copying, typing, posting, faxing, and filing as needed)
- Communicate with insurance companies to make sure all fees are collected and properly receipted into Dealertrack as well as CCC.
