Client Care / Sales and Marketing Coordinator for Aldersgate at Home


This position will generate and manage referrals; build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, and social workers to drive new client inquiries and increase admissions; develop and execute marketing strategies; plan and implement targeted marketing campaigns—both digital and in-person—to raise brand awareness and promote services; this may include managing the agency’s online presence, creating promotional materials, and organizing community events or presentations; conduct client consultations and follow-ups; meet with prospective clients and their families to explain services, assess needs, and guide them through the intake process; follow up consistently to nurture leads and convert inquiries into active clients.
