Summary
Responsible for oversight of service operations, inspections, repairs, and customer support. This role will lead a team of technicians, ensure compliance with industry standards, and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Â
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Â
- Manage service calls, testing/inspections, system repairs, and central station monitoring.
- Schedule, dispatch, and support field technicians.
- Provide technical support, training, and performance evaluations for service staff.
- Review inspections, create deficiency proposals, dispatch work orders, and track completion.
- Order and stage materials; conduct site visits as needed.
- Address customer service requests related to billing, pricing, and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with NICET, NFPA, and other industry codes and standards.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED required. 5+ years related experience in fire alarm systems service/maintenance or management. NICET III Fire Alarm Certification (preferred) or equivalent field experience.

Computer SkillsÂ
Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
