ABOUT US!
Â
At Kooth, our mission is to create a welcoming space for effective personalized digital mental health care that is available to all.  We do this by leveraging an early intervention model and theory of change that empowers young people to overcome challenges, unlock their full potential, and lead fulfilling lives. We're not just a service; we're a culture of care – committed to inclusivity, innovation, and impact.Â
Â
Using the collective insight from nearly 1 million hours of professional intervention, we guide students to three areas of evidenced-based support: self-guided, community/peer interactions, and chat-based counseling provided by licensed Counselors. These areas of assistance are designed to match each individual young person's current needs, wants and goals as well as identify and refer to a higher level of care when needed.
Â
Our culture is driven by our values - Alongside You, Flexible, Compassionate, Committed, and Safe. Â These values are present in the work that we do, the environment in which we do it, and in the relationships we have with our service users, peers, and leaders. Â With Kooth, you will be a part of something bigger than yourself. Â We offer more than just a job. Â We offer you the chance to positively impact one of the greatest challenges of our time.Â
Â
Kooth exists to positively impact the global mental health crisis. Are you ready to join our movement?
