What We’re Looking For: 

The Senior Systems Administrator will be responsible for monitoring system performance, conducting system analysis, provisioning, administering day-to-day operations, and supporting project delivery for the organization. The candidate should have extensive experience and deep technical expertise in the following tools and platforms: Google Workspace, Jira Service Management, Jamf, Entra, Intune, M365, Slack, Crowdstrike, Cloudflare/Cisco Umbrella. Additionally, the candidate should be experienced with enterprise applications and tools used to manage the Workspace, as well as practices used to secure the space. This person will be part of the IT team and will partner closely to implement plans and procedures to address improvement needs.

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

  • Good knowledge of security compliance frameworks: ISO, NIST, CIS, GDPR
  • Perform vulnerability and patch management administration across the environment.
  • Proven experience hardening Windows Systems using CIS or similar frameworks 
  • Must have extensive knowledge: Google Workspace, Jira Service Management, Jamf, Entra, Intune, M365, Slack, Crowdstrike, Cloudflare/Cisco Umbrella.
  • Understand and manage complex systems
  • Develop and document technical processes and procedures as needed
  • Ensure necessary administration tasks are completed
  • Adhere to strict Information Systems security guidelines in all cases
  • Report project status as required for all recurring and non-recurring efforts
  • Ensure the smooth deployment of applications
  • Ability to troubleshoot, understand, execute, and communicate root causes and implement solutions to resolve issues
  • Lead/Work on system initiatives and new projects
  • Works with IT team to determine specific needs and how to implement technical solutions best
  • Must be able to work independently to troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, identify and isolate technical issues
  • Demonstrate the ability to present areas of expertise to team members
  • Demonstrate experience integrating and maintaining systems
  • Resolve all escalated support tickets
  • Test new releases of products, system patches and vulnerabilities to ensure compatibility and minimize user impact
  • Other duties as assigned by management

 

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure and Google.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and supporting production environment issues
  • Must be able to work independently to troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, identify and isolate technical issues
  • Hybrid Schedule- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the office, Monday and Friday remote.

Compensation: The base salary for this role is approximately $85,000 to $105,000 annually, with bonus potential. We’re committed to transparency and value our candidates time, which is why we share salary ranges in all states-regardless of local requirements. Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including your education, experience, skills, and overall alignment with the role.
