WHAT YOU BRING:
Education/Training:
- Associate degree (preferred) or 4+ years of billing experience.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience:Â
- 4 years of related experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be accepted.
- Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPSC coding, and EOB review.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and managed care billing.
Skill Sets:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical billing software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to promote and adhere to company values.Â

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to assist others, access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.Â
- The ability to observe details at a close range (within a few feet of the observer).Â
- Consistently position self to maintain files in cabinets or assist others.Â
- The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in all situations. Â
