WHAT YOU BRING:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field required.
- QIDP certification (preferred).
Experience:Â
- One (1) year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Skill Sets:
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, etc.
- Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record and ongoing personal motor vehicle insurance required.
- Ability to pass PACE certification requirements (preferred).
- Ability to self-transport to work and home visits
- Ability to promote and adhere to company values.Â

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- The person in this position may encounter clients exhibiting physical aggression; must be comfortable working in periods of crisis and feel comfortable de-escalating individually or as a team.
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to assist clients, access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.Â
- The ability to observe details at a close range (within a few feet of the observer).Â
- Consistently position self to maintain files in cabinets or assist clients.Â
- The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in all situations.
