PRN Occupational Therapist

Functional Pathways is currently hiring in the Greater Knoxville, TN Area for a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide acute care services through our Medically Home program.

Medically Home provides in-home therapy to hospital level, acute care patients in their home and is run through a command center utilizing a hospitalist and a dynamic support team.

Job Summary: The Occupational Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician.

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.  Screening requirements may vary by location.
