Education: BS, MS or PhD in Public Health, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Biostatistics or Engineering
Work Experience: 6+ years direct work experience in a relevant field (life sciences consulting, CRO, biopharma and/or general consulting) conducting advanced analytics.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of hands-on coding experience using SQL, R, Python to query large databases. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an asset.
- Experience with medical, prescription claims data and healthcare coding standards (e.g., ICD, CPT, HCPCS, NDC) required. Experience with EHR/EMR, lab, and survey data is preferred.
- Experience designing/implementing research or statistical analysis protocols in the healthcare domain.
Other Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) with advanced Excel skills
- Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
- Good organization and time management abilities
- Strong problem solving and logical thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to independently execute project workstreams and support junior staff
- Effective communication with non-technical stakeholders

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $170,000-$190,000.
In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
