- PhD in a life science subject
- At least 3 years (5-6 for principal writers) of medical writing experience in market access/HEOR (interpreting health economics, statistical analyses, RWE, PROs in addition to clinical data)
- Experience writing a range of market access/HEOR deliverables (global value/reimbursement dossiers, value propositions, objection handlers, publications, HTA submissions)
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English language
- Hunger to pioneer use of appropriate AI technologies and methods
- Ability and knowledge in use of PubMed/ Medline, Google Scholar and other literature research platforms
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, PPT, and Outlook) and reference management software (e.g., EndNote)
