Position Requirements:
Education: BS or MS in quantitative, business, or other related fields
Work Experience: 0.5 - 1.5 years of work experience in life sciences forecasting. Experience/familiarity with life sciences data and analytics is preferred
Other Skills:
▪ Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills and attention to detail
▪ Proficient with MS Excel (knowledge of VBA is preferred)
▪ Superb internal and external communications skills (verbal and written)
▪ Self-motivation, initiative, and innovation
▪ Strong, service-oriented work ethic and willingness to go above the call of duty
▪ Internal leadership and mentorship
▪ Strong team player with experience working in project-team environments
▪ Ability to multi-task on multiple project types effectively in a fast-paced environment

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $92,500-$92,500.
In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
