The Stone Oak Campus is one of our fastest growing locations in San Antonio, and we are seeking a leader who will elevate both guest experience and campus operations.
Position Overview
The First Impressions & Operations Director at the Stone Oak Campus ensures that every guest feels welcomed, known, and cared for from the moment they arrive—while also overseeing the systems and logistics that keep the campus running with excellence.
This role blends hospitality leadership and operational oversight, requiring both a warm, people-first heart and a sharp, detail-oriented mind. You will lead volunteer teams, ensure operational readiness, and work closely with the Campus Pastor to deliver seamless services and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, recruit, and develop volunteer teams for greeters, worship hosts, parking, hospitality, safety, and guest services.
- Create and maintain an irresistibly welcoming environment that reflects the culture and values of Church Unlimited.
- Oversee campus logistics and operations (setup/teardown, facility readiness, supplies, safety protocols).
- Partner with Ministry Support Operations to ensure standards of excellence are met in all areas of campus ministry.
- Track and measure guest engagement metrics (first-time guests, follow-up connections, assimilation into Growth Track and LifeGroups).
- Support execution of special events, outreach efforts, and community engagement opportunities at Stone Oak.
- Provide operational leadership for Sunday services, student services, and midweek events.
- Assist the Campus Pastor with administrative and operational needs as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Spiritual Maturity: Authentic follower of Christ with a heart for evangelism and discipleship.
- Hospitality Gifting: Warm, approachable, and highly relational with a passion for people.
- Operational Strength: Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage logistics and systems.
- Leadership Experience: Proven ability to recruit, equip, and lead volunteer teams.
- Cultural Alignment: Fully committed to the mission and staff values of Church Unlimited.
- Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and motivating communicator.
- Preferred: Experience in hospitality, customer service, operations, or church leadership in a multisite environment.
