Executive Driver

Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company is seeking an Executive Driver to join our team!

The Executive Driver will be responsible for providing safe, courteous, and efficient transportation for company executives and guests. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and excellent driving skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns, as well as the ability to adapt to changing schedules and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport executives and guests to and from various locations, including meetings, events, and airports.
• Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the company vehicle, ensuring it is always in excellent condition.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes, considering traffic and weather conditions.
• Assist executives with luggage and other personal items as needed.
• Ensure punctuality and reliability in all transportation duties.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding executive activities and conversations.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues or maintenance needs.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in an executive or corporate setting.
• Excellent knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.

The pay range provided is not a guarantee of compensation.  The range reflects potential pay for the job grade for this role at the time of this posting. Compensation will depend on several factors such as specific competencies, relevant education and experience, qualifications, and industry certifications.  Compensation ranges are subject to change and may be higher or lower than the range described above.
