We are currently seeking a Policy Conservation Specialist for our Policy Owner Service department. This position is required to work onsite 5 days per week in our Glenview, IL office.
The Policy Conservation Specialist is responsible for meeting production standards and a retention quota to ensure GTL's Key Results are achieved. The person in this position will also provide ongoing feedback on what is going well and areas for improvement/growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide customers with policy information or opportunities to lower premiums in order to retain coverage
- Provide superior customer service
- Compliance with company policies
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Ability to make independent decisions, multitask and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work well with other internal departments to meet company goals
