WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
At Jensen Infrastructure, we lead the way in stormwater management, collaborating closely with engineers, contractors, and project owners to tackle the challenges of water quality and quantity. Our forward-thinking team combines deep technical knowledge with strategic problem-solving to deliver sustainable solutions that benefit both communities and the environment.
Reporting to the VP of Stormwater Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development, management, and growth of Jensen Infrastructures’ pump station product line. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, market insight, and leadership to drive product innovation, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and operations, to deliver high-quality, market-leading pump station solutions.
A highlight of your day-to-day will include:
Leading product strategy and roadmap for pump stations
- Partnering with engineering, sales, and marketing to bring new products to market
- Engaging with customers and turning feedback into product improvements
- Managing product line performance—growth, profitability, and market share
- Providing technical support, design input, and project oversight as needed
- Staying on top of industry trends, regulations, and new technology
- Visiting project sites to ensure successful installations
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of product management experience in precast, construction, or related industries
- Background in pump stations, water/wastewater, or infrastructure a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management (or related)
- Skilled in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and client relationships
- Proficiency with Excel, MS Office, and CRM/ERP systems
