- Must have a high school diploma or GED plus two (2) years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in the behavioral sciences, human services, or social work fields, plus one (1) year of related experience preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Computer skills, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Extended Reach, electronic databases.
- Must have the ability to communicate in a culturally competent manner.
- Must be sensitive to the served population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.
- Ability to work within a team and to work independently.
- Ability to take the initiative.
- Must have a personal vehicle, a valid Georgia Driver's license and have personal auto insurance and a good driving record.
