Essential Skills and Experience:
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field – Business, Transportation, Logistics preferred.
Training

- Knowledge of equipment (trucks, trailers, etc.)
- Ability to develop long-term relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think and respond quickly to sales and service issues.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to manage negotiations.
- Must adapt to the changing needs of clients.

Experience
- 2 to 5 years of non-asset freight brokerage operations.
