Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and financial planning software.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- In-depth understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Work Environment:
- Work is performed in a climate-controlled office setting.
- Frequent exposure to manufacturing facilities with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
- Ability to sit comfortably for prolonged periods of time.
- Occasional travel as the job may require visiting other sites.
