Education and Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent and 3-5 years administrative experience, preferably in Purchasing or a related field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Communicates effectively in written and spoken form.
- Exhibits good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrates strong multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills.
- Works with minimal supervision.
- Works effectively in a team environment.
- Works effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently complete work tasks accurately and timely.
Work Environment:
- Primarily works in an office environment.
- Sit or stand for up to 95 percent of work hours.
- Periodic visits to the manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
- Lift up to 50-lb. file boxes.
