Business Analyst II

Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP systems. This mid-level position involves working independently, leading small projects, and collaborating with senior analysts to develop solutions that enhance business processes and improve system efficiency.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducts detailed analysis and documentation of business processes and systems.
• Gathers, documents, and prioritizes user requirements for system enhancements and changes.
• Configures, tests, and implements SAP modules to meet business needs.
• Provides advanced end-user support and training for SAP applications.
• Leads small projects and initiatives to improve SAP system functionality.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system implementations.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing industry
• Minimum 3 years of experience with process improvement functions
• 3 years of experience working with SAP S/4 HANA.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and functionality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead small projects.

Essential Physical Functions:

• Lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb and stoop as needed and sit/walk for prolonged periods during working hours.
• Work is performed in a climate-controlled office setting.
