Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience with 3-5 years of demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing role preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Attend or conduct production meetings as required.
- Ability to build a successful team by building an environment of trust.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong attention to quality detail and good decision-making.
- Communicate effectively and possess excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
Certifications:
First Aid and CPR.
Leadership Training Courses.
Required for some positions: RCRA certification (hazardous waste management), DOT, and 608 Universal Refrigerant
Work Environment:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, stoop, walk and sit for prolonged periods of time during working hours.
- Ability to work in manufacturing facilities and regularly be exposed to varying and extreme temperatures, loud noises, dust, chemical fumes, sharp metal objects and heavy forklift traffic.
