Safety:
We are committed to a zero-accident workplace and expect all employees to complete a minimum 10-hour OSHA certification.
Duties:
- Operate a roller to compact asphalt surfaces efficiently and effectively.
- Work closely with the paving crew to ensure smooth operations on construction sites.
- Always follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Assist in other construction tasks as needed to support project completion.
- Assis paving and concrete crews when not operating the roller
