Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to management.

Qualifications
