The HR Generalist will be a member of the Human Resources team assisting in various HR functions with a heavy focus on employee relations and assisting with talent acquisition. The talent portion would consist of collaboration with the Talent team and their support of the organization with recruitment and onboarding. The employee relations portion will consist of collaboration with the Employee Relations team and their support of the organization with employee-related tasks such as supporting a positive work environment, counseling, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.Â
